Orders may not be cancelled once they are placed so please ensure that you do all research and determine which stroller you would like to order BEFORE placing your order online. If you change your mind after the order has been placed, the return policy below will apply even if your stroller has not been delivered.
We do not stock pet strollers. Rather, we have arrangements set up with the various manufacturers to ship directly to our customers. All of the manufacturers stand behind their products as it relates to any defects in workmanship. In these circumstances, we will work with you to make sure your stroller is repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.
In the event of returns that are not due to manufacturers defect, we are not able to return strollers to the manufacturers but Bark and Roll Pet Strollers will take it back from you as long as your pay a re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the original price of the stroller. Additionally, you must cover the cost of return shipping via the method of your choice. Credit will be issued via the method of payment that you used to place the initial order upon receipt and inspection of the item being returned.
To make sure that you are happy with your purchase and do not incur unnecessary re-stocking fees, please take the following steps:
1. Double check the weight of your pet and make sure he or she meets the weight capacity of the stroller of choice. If the maximum stroller capacity is 25 lbs, use with a pet that weighs more than that is likely to cause the speed up the wear and tear on the stroller, or render it unusable.
2. Measure the length and height of your pet(s) and compare that to the dimensions of the stroller to make sure that they will comfortably fit within in the compartment.
3. You may also want to test your pet in a friend's stroller, or even a stroller made for human babies to make sure that he or she will tolerate riding in a stroller before you go to the expense of ordering one and learn that he or she hates it.
4. Consider your color choice prior to placing your order. Exchanges are treated like returns so deciding that you want a different color will cost you the re-stocking and return shipping fees as well as the cost of your replacement stroller.
5. Make sure you take into consideration your primary purpose for ordering a stroller. If you plan to use it for jogging or fast-walking, the ones with large, rubber wheels are most suitable.
